Empty palette after successfully downloading netbean 17

Empty palette in NetBeans 17

Initially, I was using NetBeans 15 then I downloaded NetBeans 17 with high hope its gonna fixed the problem but the palette is still blank/empty.

I did some googling so fixed for solution

1. Window -> reset window
2. Tools -> Palette -> Reset Palette

Both didn’t work
