I need to find a free (or very cheap, <$25) WordPress template, which would be similar to this one: (see the screenshots in the page)

For your convenience, I also attached the screenshot image to this posting.
The key points that I like about this template are:
1) Logo is in white background.
2) Navigation menu is black and white, and changes when you hover over them.
3) It looks professional all together.
