Broad based requirements:
We basically require a shopping cart system whereby
a. Customer chooses the order requirements and provides basic contact information like name, e-mail, etc.
b. Based on the order requirements the customer is taken to the payment gateway page (2Checkout or SWREG) with the calculated amount payable already fed into the payment page (with no option to change this amount).
c. Upon successful payment the customer will be brought back to our site where he/she will input information required to complete order. This will be a detailed form which will be very similar to those found on job sites which capture career info, etc.
d. Upon completion of step c the customer will click on a submit button and all information submitted, including the order transaction number received from 2Checkout will be sent to our email address as well as the customer.
e. If at any time a customer has not gone forward with any step, not made payment as in step b or not submitted information as in step c and/or d, we will be notified accordingly.
