I need this image converted into a drawing to send out for an RFQ. The dimensions of the bag are 17 inches by 19 inches by 9 inches high. Zipper top, rigid sides, straps on the top to attach a bag that is already done and in possession. Straps must be long enough to attach same size bag on top. Pull strap, handles and pocket pouch on front and rear. Material is either denier 250/500 Nylon. Color Black. Must show rolling casters with swivel and rigid. Questions please post on PMB.
