Need 100k-200k Unique Visitors

I am managing an exciting new social network that is just like Facebook and LinkedIn but with a better, slicker design. I need to attract 100,000 to 200,000 unique visitors to the site every month. I need someone who can handle this project, who has experience with SEO marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
As you can see from my profile,I have perfect reviews. I always pay on time, and I also pay bonuses. I do an average of 10 projects per month on Scriptlance and also Elance.
1). You must be able to draw a minimum of 100,000 UNIQUE visitors to the site each month. My goal is 200,000, but we can start with 100,000 per month. There must be at least 100,000 REAL new members SIGNED UP to use the site every month, based on your email marketing and SEO activity. These new users will all sign up for the site and create profiles with their photos, etc.
2. I prefer to have my traffic come from social networking sites such as Facebook, MySpace, LinkedIn, Orkut, Plaxo, Friendster, Hi5, Tagged, Skyrock, etc. But I will take traffic from other sources as well. NO BLACK HAT OR OTHER UNETHICAL TECHNIQUES! NO SPAM! NO JUNK traffic! NO AUTOMATED SCRIPTS, NO TRAFFIC EXHANGES, NO BOTS!
3.I want someone who has experience with SEO and email marketing, and social media marketing. Please provide a plan on how you will generate this REAL and CONSISTENT traffic.
4. I am looking for results, and not someone who wll try to charge lot of money upfront. You will be well paid if you can deliver the targeted traffic numbers.
Please note that I am able to track monthly traffic through my server. Please bid only if you can deliver results. Provide a list of similar projects that you have done in the past. Also, tell me how you intend to drive this traffic.
