I am looking for a team that is capable of building a large and very complex web site. I need a master of visual, organization and production. I need a someone with a proven track record of full developing (hands-on) and producing strong work in xhtml, php, css, 3.0, flash and apps. This has to be a very visually stimulating site, creativity is a must. We need a very organized and user friendly back end. Must be fluent in English and be able to provide daily updates.
