Laravel VueJS Scripts not loading on 2nd time in the same page. But all works fine in first load

I loaded script links in app.blade.php file, So it’s working fine on page first load, then if I navigated to another page and came back to first page, then scripts not loading.

Please help…

Tried calling scripts from Vue component file, still having issues.
