Is there any API available from where we can get the suggested hashtag of a particular keyword? [closed]

I am trying to make a Linkedin Hashtag Generator tool . But I could not find any way to scarpe the suggested hashtags from the Linkedin . I am willing to scrape or get the the data from Linkedin just because I want to maintain the relevancy of the keyword.

I could not find any way to solve it.
