I am looking for a Fast Relaible coder that is able to create a Penny Auction Site with My logo redsigned, Paypal configured, protection against cross scripts, Sql injection protected, and full source code released for future alterations. I am looking for more of a SWOOPO Platinum 2011 Theme, with the option to change the colors on the fly. If you have someting similar and willing to redesign with my logo and customizations then thats fine too as long as it all legal with licsense.
