I have a tool that need coded. There is no connection to a database needed. We will do all the dynamic coding. You will need to take the .psd, create HTML/CSS to display the page perfectly. You need to create the interaction (drop downs, slide down area, field edit, buttons, etc.) The page that the tool sits in is already coded, so you will noto have to the the header, footer, background. Code must be clean and up to date with the most recent standards and work on IE 7.0+, Chrome, and FF.
This project needs done according schedule. Do not bid a timeframe you cannot keep. Escrow is set up to milestones that we will agree upon.
