I am a new developer, and I am creating a my first website to help learn HTML, CSS, and JS. What skills/tools would I need to accomplish this? I don’t need anything that holds people back from entering more than one name or an inappropriate name. I would just need to be able to delete whatever names from my end. I think it would just be a cool feature to implement.
