In need of a designer that that has a lot of experience in userability to create some advance Ajax, or Jquery order forms. An example of what I am looking for can be seen here https://w3-markup.com/order I will provide you with all of the required fields and values then we will work together to come up with the best flow for the end user. This project is for someone to design these forms so that they are visually appealing, if you are also proficient in Ajax or Jquery then that is a major plus and will get you high consideration.
