This project should be very easy for someone who is very good at wordpress and reasearching. This project is very important to me I need the bidder to produce something very special. I have multiple ideas for blogs in the Health and Life Coaching field. This is going to be the hub for all of these.
What the blog must have
•I Need an authority word press blog that has its own domain name
( which I will supply )
•It has to be totally different from everyone elses
•Different Logo, colours, fonts, pictures, videos layout
•I want it to be origanal and different from everyone else’s in my niche which is Health and Life Coaching
I want it to stand out
•Must have RSS feed
•People need to be able to make comments leave feedback this is very important a 2 question questionnaire ie 1 What do they need or want from this blog. 2 What is the Number one thing that you would want his blog to answer for you or” What is the biggest challenge they have with what they are suffering from”
•I want them to be able to get involved in the process
•The most important thing I want is IT CANNOT BE BORING
•The blog has to be custom made with custom logo (which I will supply )
•Revolutional theme ie Naked Nutrition, Johncow.com etc something to do with Life and Health Coaching
•Must be able to build a relationship with the reader
•Must have a facility to build an email list ie get your free report leave your email address etc you tell me whay you need and I will supply
•Must serve as a hub for my web 2.0 empire must be able to add to it and link to it easily. (On-going help from you)
•Capable of hosting podcasts
•Provide instructions / links to social networking profiles
•Able to rank in search engines
•Promote and sell affiliate products of my choice and eventually my own products I will
•I need the blog to be built to be search engine friendly.
•Needs to have a keyword rich URL
•You must change the default Prema link structure to What ever I want it to be
•Must have easy optimisation of posts
•Must have All in one SEO pack
•Automatic site Map Creation and submission
•Must have Google XML sitemap
•Must be able to automatically plug updates, services, ping updates.
•I want you to modify the word press template so at the bottom of every post would automatically have 3 highlighted keywords. I want those keywords linking back to my home page and its H1 tag / header tag
•I want the keywords to be the 3 top keywords used in my niche and have a H1 tag pointing back to my home page modify the word press template to get better ranking. Single Dot PHP in the wordpress theme add code so that every page then points to the main page.
What I want to happen automatically when I post on my blog.
•Post on twitter
•Which then changes facebook status
•Pings search engines with ping lists That you would have to set up for me
•Social book marking of post
•Intigrate twitter and facebook you would have to set up using same logo as the blog
•Post on blog which then posts on twitter and facebook
•RSS feed is updated and feed subscribers are notified of new posts
•Able to push RSS feeds and get subscribers
•Have a screen capture video that says Sign up for my RSS feed (which I will supply)
•Video that tells people what to do ie sign up to my free whatever, Take advantage of my free report, session, my RSS feed now ( I will supply)
•Social Networking sites were you syndicate I need the RSS feed to be updated Facebook, myspace Lindin etc
•Site map updated letting Google, Yahoo, and MSN know exactly how to find your latest report.

What I want this blog to do for me
•I want to position myself as a leader in my industry
•Get people who visit my blog involved
•It cannot be boring
•I want it to jump out at me
•It has to be educational and entertaining
•It has to be anti establishment, controvertional ie health coaching against pharmaceutical companies etc
What do I mean
•Say what people are thinking
•Find an opponent
•Rally people behind me and my message ie Nutrition against food companies / industry us verses them
•Find the opposite of what I do Find me an opponent
Create accounts at multiple free 3rd party hosted blog sites you will have to do
•Post variations of articles on these blogs which I can supply
