Facebook Experienced Programmer

I’m looking for a programmer with experience in coding facebook apps, preferrably rpg’s & similar. Initially you will provide fixed quotes for certain tasks that I want done, after that we can look at a monthly cost and continued work.
My app is coded with PHP (and being converted from FBML to IFRAME at the moment) and using SQL database. I am wanting someone that can provide a fixed price per task requested and stick to their timeframe.
Also, I am only interested in dealing with one person, so no outsourcing etc and you will be required to sign a NDA. Contact will be via email, skype & MSN messenger.

I would be much more interested in finding a partner, however until a compatible one is found, this will be the course that I take.

If you fit the above, and are able to fit a few small jobs into your work, then please reply. To help me assess the replies, provide relevant examples of your work, also please provide what you would charge for one or all of the example tasks below:

1. Code gifting into the game, whereby players can send designated gifts to other players. You will not need to do any designs/graphics, but will need to include anti-cheat traps, also it will be limited in the number of gifts sent per day, and number of gifts each player can receive. Each gift will also have a time limit. (it is my thought that this would be coded in a background processing file, called by a function in the place that I want to use it)

2. Code a daily bonus, whereby players can recieve a random bonus from a designated list each day that they log in to play. (similarly, in a background processing file, called based on last login to the game)

3. “MotherShip”; a player can initiate a battle against one large game enemy and request help (using stream and inbox requests) from upto 20 other players to defeat it in a certain amount of time. There will also be a notice/chat board on that page where players involved in the battle can leave messages for the team. If defeated in time, the players will be awarded bonuses based on their damage dealt and rank in the battle. (clearly more details are needed here, but this is an example)

There would be ongoing work based on the performance & price.
