We have an opt-in email list that recently has produced a high number of hard bounces. We would like to work with someone who is experienced in conducting bulk email campaigns, to send an email to each address on this list to validate the email address works.
You will then remove the “hard bounces” and provide us with that list.
You cannot sell this list…please note that we have clean emails addresses in this list that has never received spam. If they start getting spam we will know that the list has been sold. We will also use these addresses to validate you tested everything.
You must be experienced with all the correct practices to ensure that the emails get through and are not flagged as “spam”.
Do not send the emails in large batches all at once. Please send a few emails at a time. Again we have addresses in the list to validate you do not send them all at once.
The emails should be sent from your own, legitimate server. We don’t want to run software on our own server.
The mail will be 139,000 email addressees. Please provide a very competitive bid as this could be an ongoing job. Again the goal is to provide us with a list of all the good emails address and “hard bounces”
