I need a banner video for my website, CloudAndFire.com. This is a Christian based website with a Biblical theme.
I need a banner video that will show a pillar of fire by night and a pillar of cloud by day (see example illustrations but only pay attention to the pillar of cloud & fire).
I want it to be appear like a real (time lapsed) video in a continuous loop. The entire loop will last 8 to 10 seconds. The background will go from pitch black (night), to a sunny blue sky (day) and return back to black. The fire (during the night) and cloud (during the day) should look realistic as possible and have motion.
The words “Welcome to CloudAndFire.com” need to be highlighted in the video. It would be nice if the lettering had a reflection of the fire (during night) and sun (during day).
This project will have 3 milestones. The first milestone will be to show still graphics for approval. The second milestone will be to demo the video (ok to use a watermark). The third milestone is to hand over the video file and source files.
I use escrow for payments and will make partial payments with each milestone.
