Fixed header table with only horizontal scrollbar, not use vertical scrollbar [closed]

I want to fix the header on a long horizontal table.
I’ve found many solutions, but they’re all using vertical scrollbar.
When the vertical scroll bars in the table are removed, they do not work.

I want to use the vertical scroll bar of the browser, not the vertical scroll bar on the table.
And, I want to use the horizontal scroll bar on the table tag.

I kept trying all day today, but all failed.
Can you help me?
