I am interested in hiring developers for creating an Internet bar to run advertisements ( in form of banners ) just over the menu bar in a pc that should be present online and offline over any application running in the computer.
I have Internet cafes, more than a 1,000 computers and I see in advertisement a future to increase my revenues. I need to be able to control the ads in every computer in order to make a correct ad campaign according to the places I have the cafes.
My first design idea would be to make a space for a banner in the left side and, if we would break the space in two, the other side leave it for another applications or “buttons” already pre-established.
The most important thing is that you describe how would be the proposal for the control and also the data for the companies that advertise in the system.
