I need a programmer who is experienced in mql that can help me in this project and the goal of my project is to test the profitability of the moving average cross. However this can be done I would like to negotiate though if possible I would like to see this being done in the background of my EA while it is trading live on a demo and preferably I would see nine lines in the comments which will display the list of settings scans which are prioritized from high down to low and sorted with lowest drawdown down to highest drawdown. The scanner should begin from a preselected date in time, the spreadcosst should be entered to be subtracted from the confirmed signals and the max values to be scanned should be entered to stop scanning, though preferably when the scan has completed all the parameters the scanner will begin again from the beginning such as fast period=1 & slow period=2..3..4 until the max value has been reached.
THIS SCANNER SHOULD WORK WITH MY EA BUT NOT NEED TO WAIT ON TICKS BECAUSE IT WOULD TAKE TOO LONG,, BUT, WITH PROGRAMMING IT WILL SCAN QUICKLY.

If possible, or not too difficult, the 9 lines in comments should be exported to a text file.
