OnScroll trigerred animation for vertical timeline in elementor

I am trying to develop a website in elementor pro from a Figma design file and i need help with the on scroll animation of vertical timeline styled cards.

I am attaching the image for referenceclick here. I want to animate center line to increase the size on scroll. I don’t want to use any plugin for this.
