LOTS of future work I have ready to go once this is done, looking for LONG TERM VERY experienced Joomla programmer. Pay is half paid to you once half of hacks/features are done, and other half when project is done.

This is also a custom Joomla platform system, not a one-off website solution. Meaning EVERY website I build for my clients and all my businesses I own will use this custom Joomla platform system I’ve been building for the last 11 months.
So all features must be created into Joomla plugins/hacks that can automatically be uploaded to new websites when I buy Joomla CuteEditor for a new website url. Please keep that in mind when building the coding.
