I have a list of about 1,500 websites in a spreadsheet that I need to have contacted for marketing services. I tried to get rid of any that should not be contacted like government agencies, those that are too large, those that are not really a part of the niche I chose, and etc… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Bulk Marketing, Data Entry, Data Processing, Virtual Assistant, Web Search)
