I need my rental property website redesigned. I need to have the availability to post available rental units with pictures and descriptions. I also need to make an online application available with the ability to pay the $30 application fee (does not need to be a payment gateway, just a place for them to provide credit card info and authorization). Here are the sections of the site I need:
1. Available Rentals
2. Online Application
3. Contact Information
4. Policies & Agreements
5. Maintenance Request Form (needs to go to two email addresses)
6. Documents
7. Online Rent Payment Form (needs to charge a 3% transaction fee and pass the credit card info for processing)
An added bonus would be a craigslist posting tool for availability (not required).
