Create an iOS App to programatically connect to a WiFi network given the SSID and password

In my application, I should be able to connect to a WiFi network given the SSID and the Password (Budget: $2 – $8 USD, Jobs: Apple Xcode, iPhone, Objective C, Swift, VPS)
