External Barcode Scanner on Xamarin.Forms

I wrote a simple app for external barcode scanner for the mobile devices by using Java + provided Jar. Now I want to convert those code for Xamarin.Forms (Budget: $10 – $30 CAD, Jobs: Android, C Programming, Java, Mobile App Development, Xamarin)
