I need a windows CLI batch file that will allow me to define a root folder. once the root folder is defined, the batch file will loop through all directories in the root, and rename the FILES to be the same name as the PARENT folder… (Budget: $15 – $25 USD, Jobs: Windows Desktop, Windows Server)
