I have a psd that needs sliced, coded valid xhtml/css and integrated into the latest version of vbulletin.
Please bid accordingly as i know it will take more than a day or two to integrate into vbulletin. Also know vbulletin, this is my second posting of this project because of programmers who did not know what they were doing.
Upon selecting a programmer i will escrow 100% of the payment and release after the files are sent.
