2 Page Template Re-Design – Based on Existing Site

Looking for an experienced web developer / designer that can take an existing HTML website and CSS and create a 2 page template that can easily be expanded in the future by replacing:
– banner and
-color schemes in CSS.

Both existing HTML needs to be cleaned as well as CSS.

Would like to find someone that is willing to work on a more permanent basis on a number of html projects if the job meets a solid quality standard.

The look and feel will be similar to the attached sample. I will provide actual website through MB for qualified bids as well as example site for clean HTML/CSS.

The project as follows:

2 Page HTML Website Template – Full use of CSS (using existing as a base)

– Similar Design and feel to existing site
– Create a new banner that is conducive to change by replacing logo and tag line (illustrator format)
– Must contain royalty free images/graphics if any
– Clean navigation (with the ability to expand) based on current model
– Clean up HTML Code (will provide example of a quality HTML/CSS site.
– 100% original design
– HTML must be valid and light (under 8 KB)
– Code should be clean without unnecessary tags
– W3C Compliant
– Color scheme: blue & Yellow.
– CSS must be compatible with all major browsers
