In this tutorial, we modified a grass texture to create the background. Then, we created the text and its work paths, as well as the brush tips needed to create the effect.
After that, we stroked the work paths, added a couple of hearts and a watch, and blended everything together. Finally, we added some global adjustments to finish off the effect.
