I need urgent conversion of a jpg file into html files. The main theme of the new pages are in one file where as rest of the pages needed to be developed by your own mind but according to the main page scheme. Main page is needed urgently means i need it in next few hours for other page you can take a day. this is small job so i am not willing to pay more than 20 $ i will pay 30 $ if the complete job is done next 5 to 6 hours.
P.S I am also a web developer and I can easily do this job as well but due to critical situation in my country I am doing relief and social work and i am pretty much busy in that job and i was in discussion with my client for more than 4 days .it was kind of embarrassing for me to say him no after every thing is finalized.
I will test the code personally and validate it as well.
Requirements : Html files must be tableless and w3c xhtml standard validated. Layout should be same on all major browsers (IE7 , IE8 , FireFox, Chrome , Safari , IE6 optional)
Notice : One more thing which is important that I have no psd for the file. I will choose the bidder in next few hours who is online at the time with good rating or who seems to have some potential.
