The attached zip file contains a html file that I’d like to have parsed into a format shown in the .xls file (also included in the archive). I don’t care what language you use. I’d just like the output in either csv or xls output. Should be a very simple thing to code, and I’m sure there are a ton of off the shelf parsers that can go through this very quickly. If you’d like to do this the manual way, that’s fine too.
