I need someone to design a banner for my new joomla site. This banner is “rotating” javascript, so it’s actually like there are 2 or 3 banners. Creating 2 banners will include:
* Artistic creation of the concepts (cars on a US highway, “everyday” looking scene; and an older couple both reading newspapers comfortably)
* possibly collaging two or three images together
* sizing appropriately to the banner size
* installation on my website.
I will need several revisions of each banner to ensure the proper concept and quality is achieved!
