I have a .PSD file with a design for my website. I need a programmer to make it into a Joomla website template. Its a informational website showing different products and information about the different products.
Features will include: carousel on front page with products, rotating banners etc. There will be NO shopping cart.
Website should be easy to edit and you must be experienced and KNOW HOW TO WORK ON A SCHEDULE AND BE ON TIME!!!!
