I need software created for people that are not advanced with the computer. It is basically a website that allows you to type in your computer problem and it will give the person information on how to fix the problem. Example: “My computer will not turn on.” The user will type the problem in on the website and the website will give an answer on how to fix the problem such as “Check that all the wires are connected into the computer.” This is the type of answer that the website will give on how to fix the problem.
