This job is to design a web-site. It’s for an e-commerce web-site selling Medical Supplies.
The design needs to be neat and clean and easy to shop. I would also like large fonts (NOT HUGE).

2. Physical Therapy
I want these in two tabs on top like in the attached file outlined in red.
I will need the following pages:
A template:
Template for info pages: About Us, Contact Us, Policies
Category page. This will list sub-categories and featured items
Item Listing Page
Item detail page
Cart page
Checkout pages
I attached our Logo.
The logo goes on the top left of the page.
I want the to Home, About Us, Contact Us, and a few more informational pages on the top right of the pages.
Search box on the top right under the above links.
I want it sliced in traditional html (not css).
I will need the photoshop files after the job is complete.
Please provide links to web-sites that you have “designed”. If you haven’t designed many web-sites, please don’t bid on this project.
I want to start with this project as soon as possible.
