Description: I need a WordPress EXPERT to work with the WordPress Thesis theme. The successful candidate must have the following characteristics:
1) Good communication
2) Uses Skype
3) Proof of custom WordPress work (must be excellent)
4) Familiar with thesis Theme and Skins
5) Can alter images and logos
6) Fast turn around time
7) Answers emails in a timely fashion

The website (http://www.aksworld.com) has a metaphysical/self-help theme and hence we would like something in overall harmony with this.
In addition to overall excellent design work, specific tasks include:
1) Moving navigation menu to BELOW the header graphic instead of above it where it is now. Also, beautify the navigation menu beyond the present generic appearance.
2) Creating a footer area that can include a banner graphic in order to state FTC conformity legal declaration with regards to affiliate commissions etc. (We will provide the wording etc.)
3)Changing background border of site to something more attractive than plain white.
4) Creating a sticky page area that remains fixed to contain and optin box and maybe some other key links (see old home page at http://www.aksworld.com/indexOLD.html to see the sort of thing in mind).
5) If you feel you can improve on the present header banner within the price you specify, then have a go. Otherwise, stick with the one already present.
