I would like a clone of this site. I would like it in a form builder style. Specifically the ability for a user to File a report, Update a Report, Output latest reports, Search Function, File a rebuttal, User system, etc. Most of what ripoffreport.com provides.
I do not need anything as far as design goes.
User needs to also be able to add a video
