I am looking at having a theme converted from phpBB style to vBulletin style.
The phpBB theme is http://www.phpbb.com/styles/demo/3.0/board/?style=25
I have e-mailed the original theme owner for permission to convert this theme to vBulletin, if we get permission we will be able to proceed and go ahead with this.
Unfortunately, my budget for this is kinda small, but please give me your offers and I will think about it.

I will not be giving access to my vBulletin files due to the interests in security and to protect my licence – You will need to have your own vBulletin installation that I can demo the theme on during development, my vBulletin version will be the latest version available, so the theme will need to be created with this in mind.
