We need a programmer to create an online timesheet that will allow individual users to fill in the sheet, print it out to a PDF, and save the data in a database that can be accessed, retrived and modified online if necessary by the admin. The sheet will need administrative access as well so that the drop down fields on the sheet can be populated and changed as necessary by an admin (not the user). We would like the sheet to be programmed using PHP and MySQL. The sheet can be seen at http://www.mssserv.com/timesheet.html . The columns and rows will total at the left of the sheet and at the bottom like a spreadsheet. There also has to be to two more fields on the bottom with a signature line for the employee signature and the project manager’s signature. These fields will appear on the printed sheet. The print out has to fit on one 8.5 x 11″ peice of paper. Please feel free to ask as may questions as you need before accepting the project. I do not want to have my time wasted by programmers who don’t fully understand what the task is. Progree payments will be made if necessary but there will be no prepay or escrow until we see that the project is moving in the right direction.
