This has already been done for an older version of VideoWhisper 2 Way Video Chat: http://www.videowhisper.com/?p=Drupal+2+Way+Video+Chat+Module
Users must be able to create Video Consultation rooms with multiple options (see the 2 way video chat sample).
Code must respect Drupal coding requirements ( http://drupal.org/coding-standards ) to be accepted in the Drupal module repository, same as for 2 way video chat: http://drupal.org/project/v2wvc
