Blogs That Allow External Js

I need a list of free blogs that allow external javascript to be inserted in the blog posts.

In other words they allow this:

<SCRIPT language=”JavaScript” SRC=”http://www.somesite.com/js.js”></SCRIPT>

Payment via paypal only.
