These buildings are modeled closely to real world scale. This pack contains 3 Low poly buildings 2,3 and 4 floors variations. All three buildings are only 2672 polygons.
Shading is controlled by 4 materials, so If you something in mind, it’s possible to achieve specific look only by changing material colors.
