I want to represent the correct time as well as the hour and day/night for every country in this table. I want to do this as flat HTML5, no js. This person must be able to work in WordPress and we cannot make any changes to anything outside of the page itself… (Budget: $20 USD, Jobs: HTML5, WordPress)
