Plug-in for Wirecast Pro 4 to replace need for now abandoned and unsafe QuickTime by NightCast

I need an alternative plug-in that will do for my Wirecast Pro 4 program what the Apple QuickTime 7 was doing. After I uninstalled QuickTime as recommended because of a security threat from two sources… (Budget: $30 – $250 USD, Jobs: Assembly, C++ Programming, Software Architecture)
