Hi! Looking to build a lead capture form that will be used to POST data via API for home improvement leads. I would like to start with a Zip code submit on one page, then the followup page has ~ 7 other fields that need to be filled out before submitting… (Budget: $30 – $250 USD, Jobs: Electronic Forms, HTML5, PHP, XML)
