We are after a database i tried this twice before and both winners have vanished on me due to personal problems i am an understanding person but this time i would like the job completed.
I have put as much data as possible into the brief but want you to, ask your questions to help deliver me the database we want with full fuctionality i am not a database designer and know very little about them i have done this to make it as easy as possible for you to bid.
Bidding Terms:
1. Deliver on time (we will set goals)
2. Deliver on Bid
3. Deliver a Fully working, Access database doing actually what we want it to do based on your questions and as much information as we can give you.
4. Deliver Full Source code and assign full copyright to us
5. Make fully backward compatiable to access 2003
6. The Database must be easy to install, backup and move to a new pc
7. The Database must be user friendly, where appropriate menued and logoed and tabbular is prefered.
