I would like to hire/build longer term relationship for future jobs with a good programmer who knows html/php and all necessary knowledge for basic programming.
Specifically, I need someone who understands how to create/control the backend of a website. I need someone to create a system that registers a user for my website and keeps track of information in a database, etc.
