Would like to have a website built that would allow users to receive money for gifts. If the gift costs $100 you can invite friends and family to contribute small amounts until $100 is reached.
As money is contributed the amount still needed is updated in real-time. I am guessing that this would have to be integrated with pay-pal some how so the money is stored in a pay-pal account (or another payment processor as I am open to suggestions) but also updated on the users’ page.
I want users to be able to create a profile, be able to upload photos and have comments section.
Also- a way to invite friends and family to view the profile and eventually contribute. Would be great if it could interact with Facebook, Twitter etc. and even have a Facebook app.
The website’s revenue would come from transaction fees paid by the person who is donating money.
