Links App:
Templates Needed: Main page, Details Page, Admin page, User Area, notifications, Apps header(to give app updates), user profile tab
– 2 types of links: 1) featured, 2) dated.
– Featured Links stay at top of category/subcategory for 1 week. Dated Links display in category/subcategory in dated order.
– Links are Geo targeted so submitter needs to choose city, state, region, country or zip that links needs to be seen.
– Viewing user will only see links based on geo information; UNLESS they choose another city, state, region, country or zipcode to use as filter.
– Admin can manually select users who will be able to submit links and for what time period.
– Users can click link to become a submitter and will be routed to paypal to be eligible for 1 month time frame (30 days).
– User/admin submits: 1) Link title, Image, brief description,
category/subcategory, city, state, region, country & zip
– Title only links to facebook fanpage or heavybuzz sponsor profile.
(www.facebook… or www.heavybuzz…)
– There will also show “like” box with number of friends that also like, with a link to comment that opens up detail page.
– Detail page will show a “Like” and “comment” box AND twitter box (like this example: http://www.livemixtapes.com/proudtobeaproblem/)
– Admin will choose prizes to award daily winners and link to the prize sponsor, The # of winners OR ALL (all likers), prize image
– Winners are randomly selected from all users who “Liked” any link that day.
– users will have redemption area where they can receive code or download link for prize.
– users will have profile tab showing all links they “like” and prizes they won.
– There will also be 5 ad areas for ad code
