2 Examples of shipping problems below, I am guessing the shipping estimator should be re-installed or simple

If you click on the estimated shipping button below the add to cart button you get a pop up box that shows you the shipping info below.
The problem here is this product is not setup for free shipping & it shows Free shipping !!!!!!

Another problem is this product below should have Flate rate shipping but when you hit the estimated shipping button
it does not give you the flat rate shipping rate but real time rates along with Free shipping option, so that needs to be fixed.
In the OSCMAX admin under the shipping module, it shows install Free shipping & it is locked, I cannot change that option.

In the admin in oscmax under the tools section alot of the links to different categories dont work:
It says, Oops! This link appears to be broken.

I would like to update to the latest oscmax version without losing my custom work that was already done
